For personalized or custom-made, or precious stone products, production times vary by product and are indicated on the product page. If no production time is specified, please allow 15 business days for order preparation. All orders will be shipped free of charge once ready.

Taxes & Duties (International Orders)
For shipments outside the United States, any import taxes, duties, or additional fees requested upon delivery are the responsibility of the recipient. Boelry is not responsible for delays or charges resulting from customs clearance.
