Return Policy

Boelry accepts returned items with the following conditions:

● Items must still be in their sealed packaging

● Items should not be worn or used

● Items should be returned within 30 days of delivery date*

How do I return an item?

Email us at support@boelry.com (Monday – Friday 9 am -5 pm EST) with the following details:

● Order Number

● Purchased item for return

● Condition of the item

● Reason for returning the item

After receiving the details, we will get back to you after 24-48 business hours. Business hours exclude weekends and all holidays as we are closed on those days. Once we have received your returned item, we still have to inspect it before letting you know if the return is approved or denied.

How will Boelry resolve my returned item?

Once the return has been approved, we can only give you store credits in exchange for the cost of the item. Refunds are not allowed.

Your authorization for your return will be processed once the customer service receives all the needed details from issuing your return.

Print the authorization and include it in your return package. Send your return package with the authorization to the address given to you within 30 days from the day of your original purchase. Please consider the long shipping times involved in the return process. Ensure that the total time from the purchase date to the date the item is returned does not exceed 30 days.

How long should I wait after I return the item for processing?

After receiving your return, processing takes 3 to 5 days. You will receive an email confirmation of your return once the processing is done. Afterwhich, we will start to process your store credit for your return.

You are responsible for any shipping costs for returning your items unless the item is damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will receive store credit amounting to the price you paid for the item, deducting any fees or coupons if applicable.
