Boelry Return & Refund Policy

At Boelry, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our return and refund process is subject to the following conditions:

Return Conditions

  • The product must be in its original sealed packaging.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Original box, tags, certificates, and accessories must be included in the return package.
  • Custom-made and diamond products cannot be returned. However, in case of a manufacturing defect, wrong item, or damaged product, we offer a free replacement.
  • For discounted and promotional products, the standard return conditions apply unless otherwise stated.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 2 days from the delivery date.
  • Claims made after this period will be processed under the standard return procedure.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by us, and a free replacement will be provided.

Return Process

Email us at support@boelry.com to request a return.

Please include:

    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • Condition of the item(s)
    • Reason for return

    Your request will be reviewed, and we will respond within 24–48 business hours.

    We will send you a Return Authorization Form. Print this form and include it inside your return package.

    Write the return address provided on your package and send it back within 30 days.

    Once we receive your item, it will be inspected, and you will be informed whether the return is approved or denied.

    Return Shipping Costs

    • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we cover the shipping costs.
    • For other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
    • For international returns, customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees are the customer’s responsibility.

    Refund Method & Processing Time

    For approved returns:

      • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
      • Store credit can be issued upon request.
      • Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
      • Any discount codes or coupons used in the original purchase will not be included in the refund amount.
      • Original shipping costs are refundable only if the product is faulty or incorrect.

      Non-Returnable Items

      • Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date
      • Used, worn, or altered items
      • Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories
      • Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective)
