Boelry Return & Refund Policy
At Boelry, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our return and refund process is subject to the following conditions:
Return Conditions
- The product must be in its original sealed packaging.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
- We offer free returns within 30 days for all customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe.
- The return period starts on the day the order is placed, and the item must reach us before this 30-day period ends.
- Returns are not processed on weekends and public holidays. The 30-day return period includes these days, and it is the customer’s responsibility to complete the return before the specified period expires.
- Original box, tags, certificates, and accessories must be included in the return package.
- Custom-made and diamond products cannot be returned. However, in case of a manufacturing defect, wrong item, or damaged product, we offer a free replacement.
- For discounted and promotional products, the standard return conditions apply unless otherwise stated.
- If you are returning or exchanging an item that is not defective, the package must be sent with signature confirmation using a fully insured shipping service, with all shipping and insurance costs prepaid by you.
- Each non-defective item is eligible for one return or exchange only. Once a non-defective item has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged a second time.
- Custom-made items for your order, or items that have any personalization such as engraving, inscriptions, shortening, lengthening, or other modifications, cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- For products valued at USD 1000 or more, returns are only accepted if delivered defective or damaged.
- For items returned that do not meet the stated return conditions and are refused by us, the cost of reshipping the product back to the customer is the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 2 days from the delivery date.
- Claims made after this period will be processed under the standard return procedure.
- For damaged or incorrect items, return shipping costs will be covered by us, and a free replacement will be provided.
Return Process
Email us at support@boelry.com to request a return.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Condition of the item(s)
- Reason for return
Your request will be reviewed, and we will respond within 24–48 business hours.
We will send you a Return Authorization Form. Print this form and include it inside your return package.
Write the return address provided on your package and make sure it is delivered to us within 30 days.
Once we receive your item, it will be inspected, and you will be informed whether the return is approved or denied.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is faulty or incorrect, we cover the shipping costs.
- For other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- For international returns, customs duties, taxes, and any additional fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- Orders placed under a free shipping promotion will have the original shipping cost deducted from the refund if the item is returned. The shipping deduction is USD 20 for domestic orders and USD 30 for international orders.
Refund Method & Processing Time
For approved returns:
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Store credit can be issued upon request.
- Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
- Any discount codes or coupons used in the original purchase will not be included in the refund amount.
- Original shipping costs are refundable only if the product is faulty or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that are not delivered back to us within 30 days from the order date
- Used, worn, or altered items
- Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Custom-made or personalized items (unless defective)
Unauthorized Returns
Boelry reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns, including products that are custom-made, specially produced, or part of final sale items, and to return such shipments to the customer. Boelry is not responsible for unauthorized, misdirected, or abandoned return shipments, and no refunds will be issued for these products.
Boelry reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account and refuse to accept current or future returns if it detects an unusually high frequency of returns or misuse of the return policy.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
